Purpose
A pipeline for crucial responsibilities in business units is the trainee position.
Experience and credentials
- Minimum requirement: Students pursuing degrees in commerce (accounting, business management, finance, economics, etc.), actuarial science, math, statistics, engineering, marketing, human resources, industrial psychology, information systems, computer science, are currently in their final year of study. This list of degrees is not all-inclusive.

- oversee the execution of the graduate development plan through training assignments
- Manage your graduate development plan to improve your skills and competencies through training.
