REQUIREMENTS:
A recognized National Diploma (NQF 6) in Office Management and Technology, Public Management, Management Assistant, or a similar qualification, along with a grade of 12 or equivalent two to three years of relevant experience in an administrative setting, Knowledge of office administration, public service laws and regulations, PSET, TVET administration, higher education, corporate governance, and any other laws linked to it, as well as knowledge and comprehension of these fields. organization and planning abilities, writing reports, interpersonal and communication skills, Both computer literacy and a current driverโs license are requirements.
DUTIES:
offer campus administration and students administrative support services. Coordinate leave paperwork and send them to the central office to administer and coordinate human resource services. assemble the PMDS paperwork, send them to the central office, Organize all pertinent paperwork relating to disciplinary actions and complaints, Follow up on and resolve all issues and questions about human resources administration coming from campus workers. upkeep of administrative records for human resources, check the staffโs attendance record, Organize the creation of duty logs and the payment of adjunct lecturers, Support the campus-level implementation of the college staff program.
Provide procurement services by advising Campus Management to approve purchase requests, a proposed procurement memo, finish the requisition form, acquire the requested goods and services, Coordinate with the central office to submit bills for processing. Check the offered items and services against the relevant documents to ensure their accuracy. Keep an organized file system: Keep track of all campus staffโs files, and file all pertinent paperwork in accordance with the QMSโs filing guidelines and the National Achieve Act. offer the campus financial and asset management services.
