REQUIREMENTS:

1-2 years of experience in human resource management, grade 12 or its equivalent, and an appropriate national diploma (NQF 6) Possession of a valid driver’s license is a must, along with understanding of Public Service Act, PERSAL, recruitment processes, performance management processes, and HRM processes and practices.

DUTIES:

aid in the creation of human resource records and terms of service. Assist with the implementation of the Performance Management and Development System, the Integrated Quality Management System, and the coordination of training for College employees. Provide support in the provision of recruitment and selection processes. help the college provide services for employee wellness and health.
