Bancassurance Officer (RM) Job Opportunity
Job Purpose
Distribution of General Insurance products through partner banks’ network and First Level Contact Person (operations) for bank partners.
Key Responsibilities
· Ensure that Jubilee Insurance is offered by every bank that offers bancassurance.
• Communicating with supporting departments like claims, underwriting, and finance to guarantee efficient service delivery and business operations.
• Analyzing each bank’s performance and recommending areas for improvement.
• Keep a prospect list for bancassurance that includes all quoted and lost business, and actively pursue it.
• Keeping track of the competitors and giving the Bancassurance Manager advice.
• Coordinating with the credit control division to guarantee correct premium statements and prompt commission payments.
• Help create SLAs that are appropriate for bancassurance operations.
• Ensuring customer satisfaction in accordance with SLAs.
• Help create the departmental procedural manual.
• Manage and uphold commercial connections with eminent banks.
Key Deliverables
• Fulfilling the Bancassurance Premium Budget’s requirements and providing satisfactory customer (banks) service in regard to general business.
• In charge of the target business for bancassurance.

Job Requirements Education
Bachelor’s degree in insurance/ Marketing and related fields. Experience
• Bancassurance General Insurance experience of no less than two (2) years.
• Exposure to banking activities
General Skills
• Knowledge of the market and business growth abilities.
