At our Driver Hub in London, we’re looking for a vivacious, well-organized, and motivated receptionist to serve as our first point of contact.
This person will welcome and help drivers who come to our Hub, making sure they have a nice day.
Your daily adventures will include:
- A space’s opening and closing
- allowing drivers to enter and ensuring that they park in the designated areas
- saluting drivers and guests at the location (Customer service)
- assist drivers with registration and any facility-related questions they may have
- assisting with the planning of any required maintenance
- Keep the lobby and waiting area neat and appealing.
- helping with a range of administrative duties, such as scheduling couriers, photocopying, and other ad hoc research work.
- Managing stock inventories (Coffee, Tea, Snacks)
- Keeping track of the coffee maker, newspaper, and plant maintenance
- managing lost property both inside and outside
- Participation in the onboarding process (assigning team gear/FOB)
- communicating with the office manager about any site issues (facilities, IT, etc.)
We are looking for:
- Administrative skills
- Self motivated
- Customer service skills (not essential but helpful)
- Positive and resilient attitude
- Competent in ajiramedia
- Given that this is a Tech-Start up, organization is essential in this position (therefore, processes are still being put in place)
