Responsibilities
• Keeping track of and managing accounts payables and receivables
• Payroll preparation and data entry into the accounting program.
• Ensuring timely filing and payment of statutory payments, such as PAYE, SDL, and VAT
• Keeping track of petty cash and filing bank slips, invoices, and receipts putting together financial reports.
• Responding to inquiries from outside auditors when conducting annual audits
• Verify information’s accuracy a second time to find flaws or missing data, and strive for tight compliance and top-notch performance;
• Recommend necessary ideas based on the review findings to improve the quality of reporting;

Qualifications
• A baccalaureate in accounting or a closely linked subject
• Capability to understand and evaluate magazines and financial statements proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
