South African Reserve Bank Art Scholarship 2023
The South African Reserve Bank is offering an annual Full Art Scholarship to a qualifying Fine Arts student for the 2023 academic year.
If you will be registered for one of the following degrees or diplomas in the 2023 academic year,
you would qualify for the scholarship:
- last year of a four-year Fine Arts undergraduate program
- Fine arts degree with honors (following a three-year undergraduate degree in Fine Arts)
- Fine arts master’s degree
- Advanced Diploma in Fine Arts, one year (following a three-year undergraduate diploma in Fine Arts)
Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must fulfill the standards listed below in order to apply for the scholarship; otherwise, applications may be canceled.
- You must be a current South African citizen.
- You must have the intention to enroll in one of the aforementioned programs at a South African higher institution.
How to Apply?
- Downloading and completing the Full Art Scholarship Application Form is required in order to apply for the SARB Art Scholarship 2023. MS Word
- The following documents must be sent by the candidates through email in pdf format to SARB-ART@resbank.co.za:
- Please be aware that you can only apply for the scholarship via this form.
Documents Required
To apply for the scholarship program, candidates must send clear copies of the following documents in a pdf format to SARB-ART@resbank.co.za; otherwise, their applications risk being rejected:
1.filled-out application
2. Images of 6 to 8 artworks produced in 2022
3. 2022 academic transcript
4. Copy of identity document
