Duties and Responsibilities
- By effectively leading the Sales team, you may achieve growth and meet your sales goals.
- Follow up on the Kpi-required periodic sales targets. Jobs at Ando
- By putting focused sales and marketing tactics into practice, provide vision and leadership methods.
- keeping track of sales data, expanding stakeholders (financiers/professionals), and producing accurate performance reports
- A track record of guiding sales from plan to closure.
- strong commercial sensibility and sector knowledge
- Outstanding coaching, mentoring, and people management abilities.
- Cross-selling of goods and services to potential customers and current clients, as well as the promotion of high-value gateway offers in accordance with the agreed-upon business strategy
- Create new business prospects by networking with targeted clients and your current customer base to bring in agreed-upon net new business revenues that are in line with your agreed-upon business plan.
- Create regular evaluations and reports containing financial and sales data, and work with people from different teams to get better results.
REQUIREMENTS:
- MBA or Bachelor’s Degree in a Related Field, Such as Marketing, Business, or Economics
- 6+ years of sales-related work experience
- Managing and carrying out projects and campaigns experience
