The Company has been contracted by the EAST AFRICA CRUDE OIL PIPELINE Project (EACOP) though WORLEY. The Company is seeking eligible and qualified applicants in the following positions

JOB SUMMARY/RESPONSIBILITY
The setup, maintenance, and relocation of all lifting operations on site shall be under the control of the site lifting supervisor to guarantee secure and effective operations. The person is in charge of organizing and directing all lifting operations in line with rules, and they must be present at all lifting operations.
QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- A minimum of 10 years at the supervisory level in the lifting industry
- Technical Engineer or industry-related credentials like LEEA, OPTIO, EAL, CPA, etc.
- Broad and in-depth expertise in lifting techniques and equipment
- Working to international standards like BS, LOLER, and others o Experience in the oil and gas industry is a plus
- Operated both onshore and offshore
- Possess a professional background such as that of a Slinger/Rigger, Slinger/Rigger Foreman, Slinger/Rigging Supervisor, Lifting Supervisor, or Lifting Superintendent.
- Risk assessment in connection to environment, health, and safety
- monitoring crucial lifts
- Critical and non-critical lift planning
- You must have previous coaching and training experience.
- Excellent English language ability
WORK SCHEDULE
This position works on a 45hour/week schedule from Monday – Saturday
