The Rosslyn BMW Plant is dedicated to helping the youth of this nation grow, develop, and be empowered. With a collaborative, open culture that gives you a voice and encourages you to implement your ideas, we assist our talented young people. The program is intended for students who want to gain practical experience working on the assembly plant production lines while also pursuing a NQF level 2 qualification. The curriculum will feature technical and quality-focused self-learning, “on the job” training, and assembly instruction. To be considered, candidates must go through our hiring procedure. Those who are chosen will work for the company for an 18-month program.

Qualifications:
- Math and science in the matriculation (*with a minimum pass rate of 60%)
