Position: Executive Director Location: Dar es Salaam, Tanzania

Job Description: The Executive Director will be responsible for the overall leadership and management of the TCCIA, including setting strategic direction, developing and implementing programs and projects, and managing financial and human resources. They will also be responsible for representing the TCCIA at national and international level, and engaging with key stakeholders, including government, civil society, and the private sector.

Requirements:

A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as business, economics, or public policy
At least 10 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in the private sector or a related field
Strong communication and networking skills
Fluency in English and Kiswahili
Ability to work effectively in a team and to build relationships with diverse stakeholders
