SHDEPHA Tanzania is currently seeking a highly motivated and qualified individual to fill the position of Health Program Manager.

The Health Program Manager will be responsible for overseeing the implementation and management of SHDEPHA‘s health programs and initiatives, including the development and implementation of project plans and budgets, monitoring and evaluation of program progress, and reporting to funders and stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as public health, nursing, or social work, as well as at least 5 years of experience in program management. Strong communication and leadership skills are essential, as well as experience working in partnership with local communities and organizations.
